Advice on methods
We always provide methodical advice to our customers on questionnaires. Should the customer wish to be involved in formulating the question and response categories, they are of course welcome to do so. However, this is not a requirement. In all cases, Userneeds acts as guarantor for the validity of the response categories and the questions that are put to respondents.
