Ethical standards

For an analysis institute, credibility and reliability are the key aspects to a successful career. Therefore, in our work, Userneeds follows a number of indispensable ethical standards, which ensure that our panel members and customers can always be proud of their cooperation with Userneeds.

We ask with respect

When Userneeds conducts market analysis surveys, there are certain types of question that we refrain from asking our panel members.

We do not ask questions about peoples' sex lives, and we are generally very mindful of treating panelists with respect.

This is also why we contact panelists a maximum of once a month.

Principle of participatory democracy

People who accept the invitation to participate in our panels do so because they want to be part of a participatory democracy and influence the development of products and society in a way that benefits them. We always respect that point of departure.

This means, for instance:

- Our methods of analysis are always meticulous.
- We only conduct valid surveys.
- We do not conduct surveys that can be subsequently be criticised justifiably.

Methodical security

We always offer methodical sparring that enables customers to obtain answers to their questions in accordance with all applicable professional guidelines. By doing so, we safeguard our professional credibility, but naturally, the process is always in the best interests of the customer above anything else. By only asking questions on a fixed, methodical basis, the customer knows with certainty that they are making the right decisions on the basis of the conclusions of the survey.
