Our extremely large panel comprising more than 180,000 Nordic consumers provides us with a unique opportunity to communicate with segments of the population that are otherwise difficult to target.
Nothing is too narrow
At Userneeds we carry our surveys for the exact target
group our customers demand. Regardless of whether the target group
is women over 65 who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or men
who drive a Volvo and are considering changing to another maker of
cars, we provide a reliable and usable survey of the group's
reflections, needs and preferences.
We use the same method when it comes to relations between
companies (business-to-business). For example, Userneeds can
pinpoint and question particular groups in companies across
the country.
Great potential
We are able to determine whether female office staff are more
stressed than their male counterparts, and in which areas of the
country stress is prevalent as well as the age groups in
which stress is the highest. We can question purchasing
managers responsible for EDP purchases about which parameters they
look for when choosing suppliers.
In principle, the size of our panel means that there is no limit to
how small a segment we can target. This gives NGOs, producers of
niche products and other companies with specific target groups an
entirely new opportunity to better understand the people they wish
to target with their communication.
