What is the level of security in relation to SPAM and viruses?
There is no risk of you receiving SPAM or any viruses from Userneeds.
Do you get anything for taking part in a questionnaire survey?
Everyone who completes a questionnaire survey is automatically included in the draw for a given number of gift vouchers, usually for spending at www.gavekortet.dk
How can I take part in a gift voucher draw when you do not have my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is entered in the Userneeds' panel – this is how it is possible for us to randomly send you invitations to participate in questionnaire surveys. When we have concluded a given questionnaire survey, lots are drawn from among the e-mail addresses of those who completed the survey.
Does anyone win the promised gift voucher?
At www.userneeds.dk/for-panelister/tidligere-vindere you can see who won the various gift vouchers. In some cases you may only find the word "anonymous". This is because Userneeds has not been given permission to publish the name of the person who won the gift voucher.
What is the level of IT security at Userneeds?
Userneeds’ IT security is of the same high standard as that used by bank security systems.
What is the level of data security at Userneeds?
At Userneeds we continually maintain contact with the Data Directorate to ensure that our data processing meets the highest possible standards.
Are my answers anonymous?
All answers and data are treated with 100% anonymity. This means that no e-mail addresses, answers or data are passed onto any third party.
What do I do if I get a new e-mail address?
At the moment it is not possible for you to change your e-mail address or other information. We therefore ask you to kindly send your new information to survey@userneeds.dk – and we will then amend your details as quickly as possible.
How can I be deleted from Danmarkspanelet?
If you no longer want to be a member of Userneeds' panel, you can send an e-mail to survey@userneeds.dk – we will then immediately delete you from the panel. You can also decide to wait until you receive an invitation to participate in a questionnaire survey. Here you can always unsubscribe from the panel by clicking on the unsubscription link - this will ensure that you are automatically deleted.
When is my data deleted?
Your data will be deleted as soon as your e-mail address is deleted from the panel.
